Map No. 003 The Evolution of Elysian Dream®— Building Places Where Ideas Live, Connections Become Visible, and Inquiry Endures

Every body of work has an origin. Some begin with a business plan. Others begin with a question. Elysian Dream® began with questions that refused to disappear.
What started as an exploration of language, identity, and human experience gradually evolved into something much larger than I had imagined. Along the way, I worked as a coach, researched emerging ideas, published books, and continued asking questions that extended beyond individual conversations.
One chapter of my professional journey included coaching. It shaped many of the questions I continue to explore today, but it also revealed that the questions themselves were larger than coaching could contain.
Over time, however, I realized that my contribution was no longer measured one conversation at a time. It was building an archive filled with ideas and questions—a place where connections become visible, ideas mature, and better questions are preserved.
The questions I found myself asking extended beyond what coaching alone could answer. They led to research, writing, publishing, and the development of original concepts that others could examine, challenge, and build upon.
That realization led to two distinct bodies of work.
Elysian Dream® became the literary archive—a place for exploring language, identity, perception, story, symbolism, imagination, and human experience through books, essays, maps, and original works.
The Occupational Wellness Institute™ became the research and stewardship organization dedicated to examining occupational identity, structural conditions, institutional systems, and the emerging field of Occupational Psychosis™.
They serve different purposes, but both grew from the same questions.
One of the defining patterns throughout my life has been an ability to recognize relationships that were not immediately obvious to others. Early in my career I learned that noticing a pattern was not enough. If I believed I had discovered a meaningful pattern, I needed to demonstrate it through careful observation, evidence, research, and clear documentation.
That discipline shaped the work that followed.
It led to Dream Journey: Breaking the Dream Barriers in 2024, The $2 Trillion Revenue Gap™ in 2025, the Identity Architecture Model™ (and other models), and the Occupational Psychosis Canon® in 2026.
Today, my work is less about individual conversations and more about creating original works that readers can return to for years to come.
I see it as building an enduring body of work—one that develops original ideas and invites people to ask better questions about:
· Language
· Identity
· Perception
· Story
· Symbolism
· Institutions
· Human systems
· The worlds we inherit, imagine, and intentionally build
That is why I write, publish, and continue building the Archive.
I discovered that my work was never simply about finding answers. It was about creating places where relationships become visible, ideas are cultivated, and questions are preserved long enough to reshape the way we see the world.
My work is not built around a single book or a single conversation. It is the ongoing work of building an enduring body of original ideas.
